In 2004, Saniver has invested a joint-venture GMP factory in China–Jiangxi
Synergy Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd, located in Fengxin City, Jiangxi province,
having the most modern and advanced manufacturing facilities. Saniver has
owned 40% shares of the factory and is responsible for the sales of oversea
market in the world-wide. Our main products are Aceclofenac, Candesartan,
Gabapentin, Rebamipide, Valsartan, Venlafaxine Hcl, etc and its intermediate products. We can provide the dossiers and technical packages for most of our products upon customer' s request.

Meanwhile, we also have the "Specialty Chemicals Division" which is
specializing in various chemical intermediates based on the request of our
customers. We are collaborating with several famous laboratories and
research institutes in China such as Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica,
Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry (SIPI), East China University
of Science & Technology, Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry of Chinese Academy of Sciences, etc, which has strengthened our strong ability for R&D and is enabling us to supply many other APIs and it's intermediates under contract manufacturing and custom synthesis.
